I'm a full-stack developer with 9 years of experience building modern, performant web applications. Currently, I work at Koch Industries, where I primarily focus on C# and .NET development. Over the years, I’ve worked across a wide range of technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Node.js, and React. My work has included developing and maintaining numerous websites for the various Koch companies, some of which have been retired, while others continue to serve users today. Odds are if you visit a webste for a company owned by Koch, i ither built it myself or had a hand in its making.
In addition to codeing laguages, I have hands-on experience with a variety of content management systems. I’ve worked with WordPress and Contentful, and more extensively with Kontent.ai, Experince by Kentico and Kentico Xperience. And yes—they’re different platforms despite the nearly identical names, which has become a bit of an inside joke among the teams I’ve worked with.
I'm also an AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner and am currently working toward earning my AWS Developer Associate certification. Continuous learning is an important part of my growth, and I enjoy deepening my expertise in both cloud technologies and modern development practices.
What I’ve learned to value most in my career is the importance of understanding the client’s vision. It’s not just about writing clean code—it's about translating ideas into efficient, scalable, and intuitive web experiences that align with the goals of the people I'm building for.
While not limtied to this list. These are the certifications, technolgies and skills i have worked with closly in my career.
Over the past 9 years, I’ve had the opportunity to build and maintain a wide range of websites across Koch Industries and its subsidiaries. From full-stack solo builds to collaborative enterprise-scale projects, each site represents a unique challenge and a shared vision brought to life. Whether it's architecting from the ground up, migrating content across platforms, or supporting ongoing maintenance, these projects reflect the depth and versatility of my experience.
I independently developed and implemented the entire CharlesKoch.com site, handling all front-end and
backend development, content modeling, multi-language integration, and AWS environment with CI/CD
deployment.
Working from provided designs, I built a robust and scalable platform that showcases the
life, philosophy, and legacy of Charles Koch, founder of Koch Industries. The trust placed in me to deliver
a project of this importance highlights the confidence and value the team had in my technical leadership.
I led the backend development, integrating a front end provided by another team. The project leveraged a mix of technologies, including REST APIs and custom .NET modules built for the Kentico Xperience content management system.
This was one of the fastest-moving projects of my career, requiring close collaboration between independently operating frontend and backend teams. Through careful coordination and continuous communication, we successfully bridged both sides to deliver a seamless, high-performing digital experience.
Launched in 2024, this site stands out as one of my most independently developed projects. Backed by the creative vision of our design team, I led both front-end and back-end development, bringing the site to life from the ground up. I also managed deployment and have been responsible for ongoing maintenance and optimization since launch, ensuring the site remains fast, stable, and reliable.
Launched shortly after the main FHR site, this platform supports the Coupa Supplier Portal and serves as a central hub for supplier-facing documentation, FAQs, and onboarding resources. Like FHR.com, I was responsible for both front-end and back-end development, as well as deployment and ongoing maintenance. The project emphasized clarity and usability, ensuring vendors could easily find the information they need.
Built for INVISTA’s Cordura brand, this site showcases the benefits of Cordura’s advanced fabric technologies and highlights the brands that utilize them. As with my previous projects, I handled both the front-end and back-end development independently, along with deployment and long-term maintenance. The site plays a key role in reinforcing Cordura’s brand presence and educating visitors on the durability, performance, and versatility of its fabric solutions.
Built for INVISTA’s Nylon Polymer subsidiary, this site connects manufacturers with the wide range of polymers offered by the brand. I handled the full scope of development—from front end to back end—along with deployment and ongoing maintenance. The site is fully translated into Spanish, German, and Chinese to support global accessibility, and includes a number of marketing automation features. It remains one of the most frequently updated and actively maintained sites in my portfolio.
Created for INVISTA’s polypropylene subsidiary, this site highlights the company's expertise in polypropylene resin supply and application support. I led all aspects of the build—from front-end and back-end development to deployment and ongoing maintenance. The site communicates INVISTA’s 40+ years of experience and 850 million pounds of production capacity, positioning the brand as a trusted partner for plastics molders and OEMs. Like others in this portfolio, it includes multilingual support and integrates marketing features to support business growth.
Rebuilt using Next.js, this site features a newly integrated newsroom section where I was responsible for handling the content migration from the legacy system. I developed and executed the migration process to ensure a smooth, accurate transfer of data into the new platform. My team frequently relies on me for projects like this, where precision and a deep understanding of both systems are critical to a successful launch.
One of the earliest projects I contributed to in my career, this site holds a special place in my heart. As part of a collaborative team, I worked on both the front end and back end, with a primary focus on developing custom widgets and reusable components. It was my first experience building tailored functionality from scratch, and it became one of the best learning opportunities a young developer could ask for. While it may be the oldest site on this list, the process of bringing it to life alongside a talented team made it one of the most memorable and rewarding projects I’ve been a part of.
The current version of this site marks the second major iteration I’ve helped bring to life. Originally a shared resource within KochInc.com, it was rebuilt as one of our first headless websites—initially using Gatsby, then later migrated to Next.js. In addition to contributing to the site's development, I created a custom solution to export and migrate content from the legacy system into the new platform, as no off-the-shelf tool existed for the job. It was a challenging but rewarding piece of work that laid the foundation for a smooth transition. Today, the site stands as Koch Industries' primary news and media hub, delivering company stories and updates with flexibility, speed, and modern architecture.
Although I wasn’t part of the original development team for this site, I now serve as its primary maintainer. As the central job listing platform for Koch Industries and its subsidiaries, this React-based site plays a critical role in the company’s talent acquisition efforts. While I primarily work in .NET, maintaining this site has helped me stay sharp with React and continue to grow as a well-rounded, full-stack developer.
I assisted with front-end development for this project, working alongside our internal team to help refresh Georgia-Pacific’s public-facing website. As one of the Koch companies, GP partnered with our group to modernize their online presence—part of a broader initiative where multiple Koch subsidiaries rely on our team as their go-to development partner. This project was a great example of cross-company collaboration aimed at delivering clean, modern, and user-focused web experiences.
My involvement with this React-based site centered around migrating content from the legacy environment into a new headless CMS powered by Kontent AI. I developed and implemented the custom tooling needed for a smooth and reliable data transfer, as no out-of-the-box solution was available. In addition, I contributed front-end components to support the lead development team. This project was part of a broader effort to modernize Georgia-Pacific’s digital presence and reflects the collaborative role our team plays in supporting Koch companies with scalable, future-ready solutions.
I supported the development of this site by contributing front-end components and assisting with content modeling to ensure the structure aligned with the design and editorial goals. My work focused on creating a user-friendly experience while helping organize and present information about Charles Koch’s published works in a clear and accessible way.
Originally built in Gatsby, this site was part of our static site architecture before we began migrating projects to Next.js. I contributed to the front-end development, focusing on clean, responsive implementation aligned with the design vision.
Sites lost to time
Over the years, some of the sites I’ve built have been retired, rebranded, or rebuilt by other teams—often due to business shifts, property sales, or changing priorities. While I may no longer be involved in their current form, these projects played a meaningful role in my growth as a developer. This section serves as a small homage to the sites I once helped bring to life, even if they’ve since moved on or disappeared entirely.
Im sure there are others, but thoes are lost even to my memory
